The seeds for Goldsmith Motor Services were laid over 30 years ago in a small lockup garage in Brixton, South London. Having served his City and Guilds apprenticeship, Doug Goldsmith, at the age of 22, decided to 'go it alone' repairing motor vehicles and carrying out recovery work for local people and businesses. Three years later, due to redevelopment, Doug moved the business to his home town, Croydon, where he carried on with repairs and recovery work.

We have a policy of regularly upgrading our fleet to meet the ever increasing demands and challenges of modern day vehicle logistics and recovery.
